In emergency situations like accidents or armed attacks, knowing how to stop serious bleeding can be the difference between life and death. In this post, I’m sharing a very helpful video that shows how to use a tourniquet the right way. This video is not mine, but I’ve used it for educational purposes to teach others since I don’t yet have access to professional first aid tools or dummies.
